Fred Emhardt founded Emhardt Law LLC in August 2019 to better realize his vision of assisting individuals and small businesses with their legal needs in Indiana. Fred is a 6th generation Hamilton County resident who has been in the private practice of law in Indiana for nearly 35 years.
He has significant first chair trial experience helping individuals, small family businesses, and neighborhood associations when litigation and trial are inevitable in order to achieve a fair result. Fred also has extensive experience helping policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. He has been named by Best’s as “Insurance Coverage Lawyer of the Year” for the Indianapolis area for 2016, 2018, and 2019.
Fred also works with individual and families with estate and trust planning and administration and hopes to grow that practice as he grows older in the practice of law. Fred has been “AV” rated by Martindale Hubble for over 20 years.
